Tissue Paper Sun

Tools & Supplies: Scissors (optional), Marker (black), Pencil, Tape, Colored Tissue Paper (yellow)

1. Lay out the tissue on a flat surface.
2. Trace a large circle on the tissue with pencil.
3. Cut out circle. Set aside.
4. Trace parallel lines about 4-5 inces wide across the entire length of the tissue. (So that you get a bunch of strips.)
5. Cut the long strips, making at least 9 strips (by cutting in half if need be!).
6. Draw a sunny smiley face on the circle (large!).
7. Tape the circle to a window center.
8. Tape the long strips perpendicular to the circle (as many as look good to you).
Even on dreary days, your sunshine will make you warm and fuzzy!!!
