Olivia's Ocean Diorama

Olivia's first grade class visited a technology museum last week. That day they were all assigned a habitat of their choice. They had to read a small book for information, and then complete a questionnaire and draw a picture/plan a diorama.

Here is what Olivia came up with for her diorama. NOTE: Olivia did everything on her own until the last detail... My husband saw a paper pirate ship she had made at the library last summer (it was hanging in the dining room) and he suggested she put that in her 'sky' section. She did. (It looks awesome!!)

I am very impressed!
